🔹 Background & Purpose

In collaboration with a local government council and a regulatory body, AAJ Consulting launched the FLEX-GOV™ Program in April 2025. This program aimed to improve ethical governance, leadership accountability, and community engagement among mid-level public officials and project managers.

🔹 Execution Strategy

• 2-day intensive ethics & policy bootcamp

• Role-play sessions on accountability scenarios

• Review of governance procedures and reporting frameworks

• Public perception survey conducted before and after the program

• Final Governance Improvement Toolkit delivered

🔹 Key Results

• 28 officials trained across 2 institutions

• 95% rated the training “highly practical” and “relevant”

• A post-program survey showed a 22% increase in public trust scores (internal poll)

• 1 department adopted the Community-First Leadership Pledge
