🔹 Background & Purpose

Between March and April 2025, AAJ Consulting executed the TALENT-LINK™ Workforce Development Program with two organizations: a fast-growing agricultural company and a local NGO in Abuja. The goal was to build internal leadership pipelines and develop competency frameworks for performance management and succession planning.

🔹 Execution Strategy

• Organizational Talent Audit (using AAJ’s 9-Box Model)

• Competency-mapping sessions with departmental heads

• Staff development plans created for 38 employees

• Supervisor coaching sessions for frontline team leads

• Final rollout of a mini Performance Management Toolkit (PMT)

🔹 Key Results

• 85% of targeted staff trained in soft/hard skill alignment

• 2 new team leads promoted from within post-program

• 60% of participants created personal development plans

• Increased retention of mid-level staff observed over 6 weeks
