Between March and April 2025, AAJ Consulting executed the TALENT-LINK™ Workforce Development Program with two organizations: a fast-growing agricultural company and a local NGO in Abuja. The goal was to build internal leadership pipelines and develop competency frameworks for performance management and succession planning.
