🔹 Background & Purpose

In 2025, AAJ Consulting launched the LEAD-RADAR™ Pilot Program, a leadership discovery initiative designed to help organizations uncover the hidden gaps and strengths in their current leadership teams. This marked AAJ’s debut in the leadership diagnostics space, working with three client organizations—one nonprofit, one SME, and a public agency.

🔹 Execution Strategy

• Pre-program consultations to define leadership performance indicators

• 360° diagnostic survey administered to 43 leaders across 3 institutions

• 2-day onsite debriefing and team feedback sessions

• One-on-one coaching (virtual and physical) for 12 team leads

• Final reporting using the LEAD-RADAR™ Scorecard model

• 68% accuracy rate in aligning self-perception with peer feedback

• 87% completion rate across diagnostic and coaching phases

• 3 case-specific leadership growth plans developed

• Feedback: 91% of participants rated the program “insightful” or “very insightful”
