From February to April 2025, AAJ Consulting successfully completed the STRAT-MAP™ Nonprofit Acceleration Program. The initiative supported 5 emerging ministries and nonprofit organizations across Abuja and Lagos to clarify their mission, develop executable goals, and set up operational alignment systems.

🔹 Execution Strategy

• 3-week strategic bootcamp for organizational leads

• Virtual & in-person strategy facilitation sessions

• Use of STRAT-MAP™ templates: Mission Grid, Vision Funnel, and Impact Flow

• Customized 90-day implementation blueprints created for each organization

• Strategy wall installations for 2 physical offices

• 5 organizations trained | 100% participation rate

• 60% of strategy blueprints implemented by Q2

• 4 out of 5 clients reported improved staff alignment post-program

• 1 organization launched a new donor campaign based on STRAT-MAP™ goals
